She's obviously trying to get famous off the back of his talent, and how she's taken advantage of his low confidence is just disgusting. He should ditch her now before she ruins his chances like she did his audiction.

And you got all that from the total act????? If she hadnt have gone on with him he wouldnt have had the confidence to go on by himself. Shes his freind ...and thanks to her we got to hear his wonderful voice tonight.

No he shouldn't. She stuck by him when lots were intimidating him so he should stand by her. Alesha was right - she does complement his voice well. Simon shouldn't have humiliated her the way he did.

She knew he had an amazing voice before hand yet she tried to stress the point at the beginning that they're better as a team which was clear leeching. She totally ruined his audition by trying to sing over him with her average voice. That audition would of been ten times more powerful if he had sung solo.

He wouldn't have done it solo, though, would he.
He said as much himself.

Yes, and she took advantage of that just to get her mug on the TV.

Yep, it's happened several times before. Remember the young girl in Two Grand who would only go on with her granddad, even though his voice was passed it really. They made the final. People said then he was using her but she wouldn't have audition without him.

'Leech' is a bit strong isn't it?! I agree with the other posters on here who think Jonathan has gained from Charlotte's support - it was brave and loyal of her to join him on stage, knowing that her voice was nowhere near as good as his and that that would be pointed out. She got him where he needed to be; I call that being a friend.

I disagree she was here for him as his friend and I don't think he wouldn't of had the confidence to do it solo which is why he ignored Simon's opinion because he's determined to stay with Charlotte they both have great voices it's because of her we got to hear him sing and shine tonight...He was brilliant they both were IMO.

I was only commenting on your statement that his audition would have been ten times better without her. And it wouldn't, seeing as it wouldn't have happened.

Didn't I just say that? Just a few minutes ago.
I'm sure I did, you know.

Very unkind comment - 'leech' indeed. Where's all that hate come from. She was obviously there as support and she wasn't bad.

They work as a duo.

I could just cry at the vile OP. Over the last few years I've seen people's 'opinions' on forums and such just get more and more vitriolic and hurtful. This is one that has really upset me as I can't see what would warrant such bile.

Charlotte seemed like a lovely girl who has clearly helped Johnathon enormously and as others have previously stated he couldn't have done it without her. I'm also pretty sure that if the panel would have put only Johnathon through I think she would have been happy for him and proud of him. She's obviously been a really good friend to him.

I agree..How on earth would the OP know about their singing partnership.. Who knows maybe she has pushed him to reach his singing level that he has now....

What is vile is someone clearly leeching off a very talented individual. He could go far with a bit of self confidence and without her ruining his big moment.

The OP is just a wind-up merchant, who doesn't believe a word he writes. He just likes to provoke controversy, just look at any of his other posts/threads. Best way to shut up people like this is to ignore them.

She gives him the confidence. Maybe, hopefully, now he'll have a little more self belief but he wouldn't have got this far without her.

(And thank you, Oldnjaded, you're right but I can't resist this reply to the OP)

I 100% stand by what I say and I mean every word. It's not my fault people can't handle the truth.

Am sorry but say what you like i agree with the OP, he needs a boost in confidence and yes she did help him threw some hard times and did help him get on stage, but she knew what she was doing.

She would leave off stage and let him go alone if a true friend.

Anyone could give him confidence if it's that low. She should of just stood there with him on stage whilst he sung intead screeching over his performance.

I am sure she would stand aside when the time is right, but it seems to me that he needs her at the moment.

If Charlotte hadnt been there I dont think we would have even heard Jonothan and thats probably what their music teacher knew when she put them together...he needed the confidence to go on with her support. Jonothan is an amazing talent he will be a big star now his voice has been heard....so it really doesnt matter if she is there or not and I admire him for sticking by her....good on you Jonothan.

and you seem not to know the difference between truth and opinion.

Oh, and he does do solo perfomances and has done for several years as well as singing with her in a duet.
