Humax HDR compatible USB flash drives

There have been many posts in the past regarding users having difficulty finding a USB flash drive (over 1GB capacity) that works with the HDR. I have just performed the version 20 firmware upgrade using a recently purchased 4GB flash drive without issue.

The drive I used was a Play.com own brand 4GB

Have no trouble with a 16GB Play.com own brand flash drive either.

I have the Computeractive USB Memory Stick and a newly formatted 2TB Portable USB Hard Disk Drive and both work fine on the Humax Foxsat HDR box

I am sure this 64GB Memory Sticks work well with the Humax as well, I am not 100% sure yet, I will get one and Test it

You can always buy one from Humax direct.

I've got 3 USB flash drives, and all work fine with my HDR:

An un-branded 256MB, provided by work some years ago.
An Easy Disk branded 1GB.
A Crucial 8GB.

I'd forgotten about this issue & just ust a Verbatim 4 GB stick without a problem.
