I am like you Silversandy, although I still have all my vids. when I play them they keep stopping and starting, very annoying. I was playing some earlier and they were doing it. At other times they are all right. Don,t know what the problem is.

Well this has been a long VERY HAPPY DAY , I dont think that Artem realises how talented he is , not many men can make so many Ladies happy in one day, with so little efffort .
I have an early start again tomorrow I am taking a friend to a Family History Fair in the morning ,and then off to football match in the afternoon, and then I might get a rest , didnt get one today ,as when I got home with tickets , I unpacked a new garden shredder that i had taken delivery of the day before , and found that I had to put a lot of it together , when I thought it would be ready for use , any way I did it ( miracle ) and it started as well !!! so that was my do it your self project this week, last week it was a flat pack cabinet , I am thinking of starting an agency for DIY, for idiots , me included. With that I wish you all sweet dreams . |

Goodmorning everyone, lovely day here again, but I don,t think it is for much longer, seemingly to get much colder next week.
Has everyone come back down to earth after yesterday,s excitement. |

Whilst hopping around various websites I saw both the pics of the AF after show chat with K&A. I wasn't even looking for them. They are still out there. Artem looks incredibly hot/embarrassed.

i have come to the conclusion that dancers are night owls on the tour last year they seemed to go to bed about 3 in the morning, i reckon by the time he finishes rehearsing and then finally gets to eat and socialise thats the reason for it. Doubt they start rehearsals early somehow! Oh to be young again lol

I had a young lady ring me this morning to tell me I was still in credit with a holiday company. I had cancelled a trip to Madrid for a number of reasons. They said they would hold my deposit. To be honest I had forgotten all about it. Anyway, we went all around the UK and Europe. I eventually settled on a trip to Sardinia and Corsica. I made a temporary booking until I had had a chance to look at the brochures. Whereupon I found out it was a flight from Stanstead. OK if you live near Stanstead but totally unsuitable for me. Plus it involved staying in several different hotels. Plus a boat crossing from Sardinia to Corsica. I don't know how they coped on the SCD tour moving from hotel to hotel. I can only assume the dancers are so tired they can sleep anywhere. I wish I could. I decided not to confirm the booking

The longer hair not for me I'm afraid.
Much prefer his shorter look now. Also I think he comes across loving the" fame" aspect were as now ,you can see how much mature he is and more interested in his work and how to professionally show case it,if that makes any sense. |

I much prefer his hair as he is now, and I agree he is much more mature.
Hope he doesn,t come back from US with his very short hair. |

i used to have this thing about men with long hair. Marti Pellow especially. He does look better with shorter hair. Watching his dancing in those early videos just enthralls me. Am so looking forward to seeing him dance.

Watching The Voice and BGT has made me think about the entertainment industry in general and dancers in particular.
Learning to dance is only the first step. They have to get experience within the dance world and the opportunity to showcase their talent. For many it means going to auditions and facing rejections. For others making the right contacts, getting offered jobs and not abusing the opportunities they are given. Artem arrived in the US a talented latin dancer but taking part in a national television dance programme SYTYCD showcased his talents. He has grown from strength to strength with the DWTS dance troupe, high profile dance productions including Burn the Floor and then SCD. I really hope his patience dancing with Nancy on the SCD tour, after touring as the SCD the champion the previous year, has impressed BBC executives to want to keep him on SCD and BBC Worldwide for sometime to come. |

I agree with you Silversandy, absolutely. I was just thinking earlier that his patience with Nancy has probably done him a lot of favours with the BBC. Here,s hoping. It seems to have paid off.
