Did anyone else pre-order MDNA back in Feb when the deluxe version was available for £7.99? I did and when I view my account it shows that I have pre-ordered it, however it doesn't seem to be downloading. I've clicked Store and then Check for available downloads but it is saying that I've downloaded all my purchases.

Anyone else having the same problem or got any tips to resolve it?

There are alot of people having problems with this. Myself included.
I made sure I got the offer on Feb 3rd, which was £7.99.

I hope DS don't merge this with the MDNA thread as this is a different issue.

No, no email and it isn't in my library. When I check for available downloads it says that all purchases have been downloaded, but it still showing in my account as a pre-ordered item...

Exactly the same. I stayed up til about 1, I then gave up and went to bed. Got up around 9 to see that it still hasn't been made avaliable.

Around midnight last night though, I did see a second MDNA Deluxe for £7 which didn't include "Give Me All Your Luvin" but included "Love Spent (Acoustic)". I didn't download it as I wasn't sure if it was my pre-order copy, but it's missing from the store now.

I've cancelled my pre-order now, and will be heading out this afternoon. I'm gonna buy the CD while I'm out (if they have any in stock)

OK this is getting ridiculous-sent my complaint to Apple....

I am having the exact same problem, and like someone else stated, I stayed up until 1am. So tired today as a result!

I have sent iTunes a very shitty e-mail as this is a joke. They have yet to reply.

I would cancel my pre-order, but then I won't get the Love Spent Acoustic.

Same problem here, had actually forgotten the release was today :S but checked and nothing downloading, when I check my pre-orders it is there but clicking on it just says its not available.

With all the piracy you would think they would make it easy...I mean I could just steal it right now if I wanted too...

And yes I got the 7.99 deluxe edition offer, not gonna pay more, if they dont let me dl it for that price, i'll dl for free elsewhere...

You guys should just out out to Asda like I did this morning there have both versions of the album the deluxe version is £12.97, if you want the deluxe version make sure you look right at the back of the cds cos you can not see the album

I would do that, but I pre-ordered when the deluxe version was £7.99, certainly not going to pay an extra £4 for one less song because itunes can't pull their finger out...

I know there are bigger problems in the world and it will be resolved within the next 24 hours probably, but it does irritate me that itunes, the biggest music download store in the world, is having these issues with one of the biggest album releases this year. It really is poor and will deter me from making future purchases from the store in the future.

Decided I couldn't wait til later this afternoon, went down to HMV and bought my copy. Sainsburys only had the standard edition. It was only £13, price worth paying, I'd have to pay for the shipping costs on Amazon, and at least I got it today...

I pre-ordered the deluxe for £7.99, i shant be pre-ordering from itunes again thats for sure, it should have been made available at midnight, they're the main source of legal downloading and this is the biggest pop album of the year and they cant even make it available at the right time, how hard can it be?

At one point I thought MDNA has crashed iTunes.

I still can't downlaod it either... So annoying !!

Still not working. Phoned apple it seems it is a problem with the US download team. No word yet as to what the problem is or when it will be solved.

A quick look on icon shows it's not just the UK. Spain, France, Italy and Denmark are all reporting the same thing.

Also note that the pre-order title is MDNA (Deluxe Edition), but on iTunes it is titled as MDNA (Deluxe Version).......

Dont know if this has happened to anyone else but i just clicked on my pre-order and it took me to a version of the album that says deluxe version, yet it only has the first 11 songs for £7.99.

Glad it's not just me. Will wait a day or two and see what happens. I won't be buying the CD or dowloading a more expensive version. I only pre-ordered because of the £7.99 deal.
