That's a corrupt file and will need redownloading!

Shows in my list on the purchased page that the track is not on my computer, so I click to download it and a pop-up just says 'This computer is already associated with an Apple ID.You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 76 days.'
Edit: just torrented the missing track, all showing up and working fine now,
Wow you guys are so patient with all these problems! Glad I pre-ordered via Play.com as I got the physical dis on Saturday. It was only £11.99.
DAMN IT!!! Just downloaded my pre order at £7 even though the assistant from apple emailed me to tell em what I had to do and I had already downloaded it a few minutes previous!

Hmmm yes I just realised that I've now paid twice for GMAYL too- not impressed. Are you going to contact iTunes about getting recompensed for that 99p?

It's a major F-up. Does that mean all the earlier downloads of GMAYL should have counted in the singles chart!?
my itunes seems to have downloaded the deluxe version ok but I didn't get the digital booklet - so am going to contact apple about that

Just happened to me. I jumped at the chance to order the pre-order instead of waiting for them to sort this out. Now I've been charged £7 and £7.99. ARGH!!!!! I already bought the physical deluxe from Amazon which I got on Saturday.
Ok, i need help, i manually went on itunes and downloaded the pre-order, i then get an email telling me my pre-order is available, i click on said email with the intention of cancelling it and it automatically started downloading a second copy of the album! Does this mean ive been charged twice for the one pre-order?

YES
Just went to 'Check for Available Downloads' and it started automatically downloading! At that precise moment I also got an e-mail to say it was ready.
Previous to that though the iTunes helped team had replied with bullshit instructions which never worked.
So...almost a whole day late we have the album, finally!

They are the two that received the most promotion. So sorry that doesn't support the idea that they were single worthy at all.
