im confused as to why there has been such a big build up to Justin Bieber's new single in the UK and US, and its ended up that hes released it on itunes in the US but over here we can only hear the track online and on radio stations without an itunes release or any release dates. Is there anyone who actually does know when its on itunes in the UK cos its not on there now.

It's normal for songs to play on the radio and online only for a period preceding the single's release. You'll be able to buy it later, although you'd want to buy Justin Bieber's music I don't know. Never mind, different music tastes and all that.
