I have decided to get healthy!

Someone told me I should eat more lentils in things so I bought 3 tins of them. What do I do with them now?? The instructions just say to boil them but surely that's not going to taste nice at all?

Love dhal! Red or green lentils are fine - even chickpea dhal is delicious.

It's lovely - you can even mix half lentils and chickpeas. I'm out on my phone so its awkward for me to search & post a link atm but just google it or the BBC have good recipes.

I like puy lentils, feta, basil, sun-blushed tomatoes and a splash of balsamic.
