Whatever she does, I hope she doesn't take a step back into The Fame brand of bubblegum pop. Can't stand at least half of the songs on that album and the only one I really really love is Paparazzi, whereas after a few listens I liked everything on BTW apart from the second half of The Queen.

That said, I wouldn't want BTW mark 2, as much as I love it. She needs to keep moving forward, but I absolutely agree with whoever said she needs a more consistent visual. I wish she'd kept the mint blonde for longer

She needs to go back to her fun roots that she showed on her first album. Songs like Just Dance, Telephone etc. She went too heavy and dark on her second album and it just didn't work as well.

She went from being someone people could sort of relate to (a fun party girl who is a little crazy and out there) to someone who nobody can relate to. She's gone too freaky and in honesty I don't believe thats who she really is.

As a huge Lady Gaga fan, I much prefer the BTW album. I can still listen to 95% of the songs on it and not get bored. I can listen to 15% of songs on The Fame and not get bored. The Fame was good, however, not a patch on BTW.

I would like her to evolve from BTW.

Seeing as all she seems to talk about these days is how much she's influenced by the likes of Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath, going as far as to say "Iron Maiden changed my life", how about stepping in the rock/metal direction for the next record? It doesn't have to be 'Lady Gaga does thrash metal'; indeed, I could easily see her writing and performing a song like 'Addicted To Love' by Orianthi:

maybe an mtv unplugged style album is the way foward.
If she does another fame style record I see her career going badly I'm wondering if people are bored of her image.
I lost respect for her when she started copying other artists.
Dressing like a man sorry annie lennox did that 20 years before also copying madonn'a express yourself for the video for alejandro & the song born this way.
The btw album had 9 good songs rest album filler.
I see ga ga's career going badly in future though she's talented but people are getting tired of her gimmicks.
