You got unlucky. I spoke with a guy on there on Sunday about the phone and he was much better. He said they're expecting the phone to get to them on 5th April and delivered to custs 2-3 days after that. I also asked him a lot of questions all of which were answered quickly and matched info I'd heard or read previously.

My order did get canceled due to technical probs though overnight and reordered it on the phone this morning
