If this is not the correct forum, sorry.

Just after an opinion, if you follow the link below how much do you think I should be able to get this television for?

The £116 looks like an error. If you can get it for that price it looks a steal.

The £116 is for a suggested Sony VCR.

Just wanted to know if I was being an ass. So thats a yes

Interesting though, is Kays bound to the £117 offer? They do pay Kelkoo to show their stock on the site so this could be seen as advertising (false advertising).

I have had a correspondance with Kays regarding this and they refuse to honour the price. They go so far as to say, I quote

"You will need to inform Kelkoo that they are showing the wrong details on their search pages. They are showing many items from this whole range."

I was going to give up quietly before this. But I kind of saw red, so I sent them back a nastygram pointing out that they should probably not ask their customers to do their jobs for them. I have also complained to trading standards.

Yeah, I know, its all just pointless bluster on my part. But damn, they don't seem bothered about any of this.

I find the misleading item to be on the Kays website that says

"Sony Wega TV with Optional VCR and DVD
from £116.99 to £1,169.99"

If kelkoo list this start price under TVs then I don't blame them. it should say "optional TV with optional vcr and dvd"
