I recently bought an iPad 2 and have downloaded the BBC iplayer app but when I go to radio stations, Radio Scotland isn't there and I can see any way of finding and adding it.

As far as I'm aware, you can't. You just get the standard channels. On the Android version you just get the basic set of TV and Radio channels - no regional variation.
