katie wasn't in the final 3 this week...

Katie was accused of doing nothing last week and survived, whereas Maria had the same accusation this week and was fired. Seemed a bit of a cop-out decision, especially after the complete mess the girls made of the task.

Although maybe he had seen what he needed to know of Maria (namely her business plan

)

Basically it looks like it's better to be a quiet person and not a loud-mouth if you're going to contribute little to the task.

In Katie's favour she spoke well in the boardroom, which is something Maria certainly did not.

I think Katie was saved last week by Bilyana's inability to shut up when told.

The overall girls team did so poorly that I thought Jenna should have gone (she helped enforce the poor product and also wrecked the numbers), and next should be Jane (actually quite weak and disorganized as project manager). Good post. I think Maria should have stayed and the other two fired. At least Maria had youth on her side. What did the other two have - nothing.

The girls are all poor at business and totally unfocused. I actually nodded in agreement with Sugar

Very disapointing.
