I was shocked how poor You're Fired was last night. I was so bored I ended up reading a book.

Maria surprisingly didn't have much to say, but there were loads of questions she could have been asked and she just wasn't.
Dara tends to start a sentence and before he's finished it he starts saying another sentence already. Some candidates look like they are thinking - 'huh?'

I laughed at least 10 times last week, this week I gave nothing but a couple of grimacing titters.

Or perhaps she was asked and the answers didn't merit anything other than ending up on the cutting room floor. Judging by the jumpy editing last night, there was a lot that came out in the edit for whatever reason. Maria just came across as being disinterested right from her opening comment about being glad to be out. And I thought that the panel were involved plenty apart from 'I'm not funny or pleasant in the least' Dent who was at her contrary worst so they did the best thing in ignoring her. It felt as though Dara was fighting a losing battle with only Hugh Dennis giving him anything to spark the show with, since Trunki man was talkative enough but boring
