I meant a flop in the UK. Internationally it performed well but not in the United Kingdom, I mean it wasn't even certified silver or gold. The third single failed to chart at all - probably as a result of the poor promotion.

it wasn't an international juggernaut either, with sales in the region of 1.5 million and over half those sales were in the states.
