I'm from Preston and trust me, we don't sound like that. It's awful.
Apparently she's from Penwortham, people from Penny haven't got the same accent as those from Preston.

i find jenna irritating, but not half as irritating as i find that Katie! she should have gone in week one, in my opinion.
contributes literally nothing to the tasks and jumps in being all bitchy just to make it look like she's worthy of her place and doing something.

Yes, I too prefer Jenna to Katie. At least with Jenna, what you see is what you get, while Katie seems sly and lazy.
I don't think my voice would sound better than Jenna's if under similar pressure, but I had to laugh when Heidi Stephens described Jenna as "making a noise like a chicken playing the bagpipes whilst stuck in a foxhole in a burning forest".

I know it's not nice to get personal, but I would find it incredibly difficult to work with her....... her voice is incredibly grating to listen to. Makes it difficult to concentrate on what she's actually saying.

I thought the same, it's not the accent, it's the voice itself which is close to unbearable....
I have seen this thread but never really considered Jenna's voice until this week, mainly because I am sure it has been edited out. This explains why we have seen very little of her....the dreadful voice must be grating on everyone.
She sound like a 20-a-day high tar smoker, breathless with the addition of very shallow breathing, almost gasping for air in-between words. Throw in a childish, simpering tone and it's.....Jenna.
Another woman who sounds exactly like her is the dreadful winner of The Bachelor who became Gavin Henderson's girlfriend, Carine I think her name is? I couldn't stand her voice or her and only continued watching the program because it was such a high quality, thought provoking series.
Jenna needs to learn to breathe correctly and her voice will improve as will her chances of being taken seriously. But this advice is too late to help her voice being edited out of The Apprentice.

Just realised I was talking about Jade's voice, which IMO is far more annoying than Jenna's. Apologies for any confusion.
I actually find Jenna's voice quite endearing.
Agree that Laura and Jade's are much harsher on the ear.
