I know Jorgie fans are convinced T&D and ITV must have been secretly plotting against her for months, and Matthew only got votes because Emmerdale is so popular and Hollyoaks isn't.

Thing is, I'd heard of Jorgie before the show, but not Matthew, yet I still voted him, purely because of his skating. He was unarguably a very strong skater, so it's unfair to say he was rubbish and boring like some of you have said. Jorgie was great too, but I feel, as did the rest of the voting public, that he had the edge.

Jorgie still came 2nd, that's a brilliant achievement that her fans just don't seem to recognise.

And yes, I know Andy W did get through on Kirk's popularity, but he was obviously a bit naff.

Yes, Jorgie's fans seem to think that 2nd place is rubbish. They should be happy for her. Might as well have given 2nd place to Chico or Chemmy!

I don't watch soaps so didn't know of either of them before the show but Matthew was better overall for me.
