Turkey half cooked
I was roasting a piece of turkey in the oven but something came up unexpectedly and I had to turn the oven off and leave it half done .....this was a few hours ago ...will it be alright to finish off cooking it does anybody know?

I wouldn't risk it.
It just isn't worth the risk of food poisoning. Especially if you left it in the oven, throw it out. |

Depends how long you left it as it takes a while for the oven to cool down, any bugs would have already been killed off when the oven heated up the first time so speaking as a retired chef i would carry on and finish cooking it.
