Not that anyone cares but hey-ho.

1) There are WAYYYY too many contestants this year with hideously awful voices....I just can't bear to listen to them...

2) It was a shame Bilyana was fired, she would have been very entertaining and clearly got some people's backs up. Oh well. I must let this go. LOL.

3) Dara Obrien is ruining 'Your fired'. All the 'let's find absolutely anything we can to mock this product they've created even though half of what dara will say won't even be funny.' The sideshow has lost it's bite. Too much dara showing off...

4) I just have to reiterate about the voices. We got rid of Maria, thank god, one annoying voice down...few more to go.

Now, that is my totally irrelevant and quite shallow summary so far. I'll still be watching. obviously.

Can't say I'm too fussed about the contestants voices but I do agree with you about the very unfunny YF and Dara o Brien. Just shut the f up man.

Dara was having to work extremely hard to get anything sensible out of Maria who just seemed to sit there and giggle....

He has 30 minutes to fill, and without an articulate candidate who can answer his questions and engage with the panel - what is the poor man to do unless he fills it in with gags....

i read it the other way. There was nothing to say to her because there was no real reason for her being there, and nothing in that show, or the series to date to question her on. They had designed the programme around covering other topics, and Maria was having to butt in to say the odd thing to get included at all.

The editing to make the contestants look silly is also annoying and a definite unwanted import from America that I hope doesn't catch on.

YF is never really that centred around the fired candidate. Yes, they talk to them and show their best bits and everything, but they're not really there to entertain. That's what Dara's there for, and there'll usually be a comedian on the panel too. If the contestant can be funny, all the better, but most aren't. Mostly, their role is to be a good sport and laugh off the jokes, and Maria did that. She was no worse than other candidates and better than many (remember Ian from Series 4, anyone?)
