Awww.... sweet story

I can get on with my mother, I just ignore every word out of her mouth and just smile
It's true Silent, the spats we had, she could be very hard work but she'd not had it easy either

LMAO and the best way but I am too hot headed at times but mellowed with time

Like a Troll I just don't bite... I don't think she means half the stuff she says and I reckon it's like Tourettes with her and she can't help engaging mouthy before brain

That sounds so like my mum, at her funeral the Deacon spoke of her not speaking a bad word about anybody and all our shoulders were up and down trying not to laugh as she could slate people like no tomorrow

My mum had tourettes in later life...........I jest but she could swear at times :

She was soooo funny Silent and I have to admit that we used to have such a good laugh with each other We'd go in Chemists and discuss condoms and such or do other things, not in a bad or common way but with humour

I am sat here laughing

My mum's been as sweet as pie most of her life but she can be hard work now She's learned to be feisty and have a potty mouth in old age

If I repeated some of the stuff my mother said you would think her incredibly rude but it was more that she lacked any tact whatsoever

I think she would be genuinely surprised if she ever actually upset someone

I don't actually like swearing anymore... the younger generation have taken all the bile, hatred and spite out of it by using swear words for emphasis

Don't give Potty mouths a bad name

I like a bit of feistyness good for her and hope she's still enjoying her place of residence

You would not shock me, my mum took the shock out of me

My mum could be very acid at times, she was as I grew up and I vowed not to be like that if truth be known. She was not good at considering if her words hurt other people and they often did and as a child I saw that and did not like it. But she had a good side

I love eighties music but this reinforces my view that it is the WORST season of Idol I have inflicted on myself... some of these ballads are shite

No Prince, no dance music... friggin' Genesis!!!

Bought cruelty eggs yesterday as the free range shelf was stripped bare and they only had about six cartons left of any eggs!!

Word has it the egg shortage isn't going to last that long though
