Bit of a random question but....

I am bi and quite like the odd random flirt with a guy in the office.

He seems to flirt back but is there a way of asking something to see if he too is bi/gay? lol. We chat about random things over email all day.

If he flirts back then no harm in asking him what team he bats for, it's not like he would get offended right? and if he's straight then he'll probably be flattered and get an ego boost that someone fancies him

^I don't know, he could get offended. Even if he is an outrageous flirt, it could be that he's like that with everyone but is "not a fan of the gays".

Now that's now that I'm saying don't do it, I'd just advise asking diplomatically. And I should ask, is he aware that you are bi? If he does then that at least helps to answering the above conundrum.
