Why yes you did

I'm a big HO mark, I try to post in the thread but it moves too fast for my liking so I only do it maybe three out of the five days it's on

How long have you been watching?

I used to watch regularly about 7 years ago.

But I got hooked in again when Silas started killing

It seems to be the only real, gay friendly soap, if I'm honest. All the others seem to have forced gay storylines in them to fill a quota, whereas Hollyoaks seem to just get on with it.

There are quite a number of gay characters in Hollyoaks, you've got Ste, Brendan, JP, George, Tilly (hate her), Esther and Jen.

I started in 2009 so I missed out on the JP/Craig S/L which I'm told was fantastic + realistic.

Stendan haven't been realistic at all but I'm glad they're back together. I feel like they f**ked Doug's character up by making him gay, they should have kept his straight.

Who's your favourite characters atm?

I have a lot of characters that interest me and I also like a lot of them but if Claire Cooper left then I think I'd stop watching.

Looks like the McQueen's are the focus again (not that I've been watching), so I can't see her leaving just yet..

WHO IS THAT SEX GOD?!

I'm completely full of cold this morning, have to miss college.

I've stopped watching Hollyoaks full time now. I lost interest after Claire came back and set fire to The Loft. I only watch the laters and big events now. (I had no idea who Maddie was, but her death was so satisfying based on those episodes alone. )

I'd never heard of him until the video was posted up but he's my new favourite
I had it yesterday; it was horrible - hope you feel better soon!

Hey guys I need a bit of advice:

If someone was really horrible towards you and they apologised later to you would you accept their apology?

It's just I've had a wee thing going with this guy lately, he's been flirting and I've been playing the hard to get game. Anyway last night it kicked off a bit when were texting each other, I sent a flippant text which was meant to be a joke, he said "I could get you if I wanted to, I'm the one playing hard to get." so I responded with "Maybe I'm not interested in you because you're a bit of an arrogant pr**k..."

I can see why that could be taken the wrong way but I wasn't expecting his reply, he came back with maybe he's not interested in me because I'm a cheeky c**t, he wouldn't be seen dead with me in public, I'm an embarrassment and a rat.

He called me today to apologise, he said he was drunk and emotional and that he doesn't normally act like that and wants to see me Saturday to say sorry properly. But to be honest when I'm drunk I send erratic texts but I never attack someone like that

So should I actually go and see him for tell him to lick my ass?

He was totally out of order!!! But if that was the first time he's done something like than then maybe give him the benefit of the doubt? If it happens again though, I'd end it.

We're not actually together, I was beginning to like him a little until that.

That was what I was thinking too, just thought I'd ask everyone because I can be a bit too forgiving sometimes.

This guy seems insecure as HELL. He wants you wrapped around his little finger and for you to do the chasing, when he realised this wasn't the case he flipped out.

Sounds like a delusional queen, I'm experienced with the type. You'd be well rid.

Must be me and my thing for "rogues".

Seems the qualities I want and what I actually like are different, or maybe those nice, intelligent and upstanding guys I'd like to be with are just too good for me. I do feel that way tbh.

EDIT - What really annoyed me about when he said I'm an "embarrassment" is that he was talking about when we were at the pub and me/my best friend were dancing. I can't dance for s**t but at least I'm having a good time and obviously I'm not as conservative as he is.

Preach. There's this one guy who for the first time in ages I have genuine feelings for but I've really screwed things up, he thinks I'm a slag.

I suppose my ex was a "rogue" type but I wouldn't say they're what I usually go for.

He sounds like an idiot, nothing wrong with making a tit of yourself dancing.

I'm sure that's not true! In terms of the dancing, it does sound like he's really tightly wound - I think he needs to be less highly strung!

I know! and my favourite song was on, Time by Milk Inc.

There's a hidden slag inside me but I've only had 2 one night stands, but if the person actually matters, you put the slag you on the shelf, go and prove that you like him

My latest ex was lovely, but he was a stoner and pretty much had the memory of a gnat when it came to listening.

@Daz I'm guessing highly strung means uptight? He's not really, I think he said those things maybe in retaliation, although at he age of 18 I'd expect him not to have such a ridiculous reaction, if I took a text the wrong way I'd ASK the person what they meant, not call them names and be nasty. I think he's not used to not getting his own way. I'm a sensitive soul even when I know things being said aren't true, I still take them to heart if you know what I mean?

I think it is true, I could imagine being with someone perfectly normal and nice and I'd screw it up by being me :/

I want some new clothes, so I've basically just asked for money because I'm hard work to choose for. I also want to get a new TV in the sales!

My Mum, being a legend, has bought me a new bed (a double); I don't even live at home full time any more!
