Thing is I'm not even half as bothered about it as I should be, I didn't even bother to find out his name, and we had a little flirt but that was it.

I don't feel like I'm ready to trust anyone like that, but the problem is the longer I leave it, the harder it'll be.

Hahaha, yip, turning up alone would be awful. I wouldn't do it. Though one of my friends done that the other week - granted he was already pretty 'merry' shall we put it... - to a club as he knew some other people, but they were already inside. Apparently he spent a while looking for each other, spotted them, went up to them and had a very brief convo then he ran off and spent the rest of the night dancing by himself. He also met some guy apparently... but he hasn't told me much about him yet. xD

That's sort of what happened with me, only in a very rough pub near work. I was never expecting to meet another gay person there, much less flirt with them.

It wasn't great though, because he only discovered me by my blurting out to some random that lesbians were not hot, and that "he is more my type," while I pointed across the benches at him.
