I thought Season 1 was rather poor compared to the Danish original but if Season 2 continues like Episode 1, I may have to revise my opinion of the series as a whole. It seems to have become a very different story.

It improved when they had a rethink about the storylines in the last few episodes. The one with the sub-plot where Sarah's son went missing was very good.

I recorded Episode 1, Series 2 on Wednesday and have not watched it yet. Could someone tell me: is it worth watching Series 2 if I haven't seen Series 1 at all? Will I pick up the story?

Good opening episode.
I got the impression that Holder didn't know the photo was fake. He was given it by (Sloan was it?) someone he trusted.
Which is why he seemed a bit puzzled by the photos Linden requested and by Linden still investigating.

Well at least they seem to have cleaned up the audio for tonight's episode. Was only struggling with the mumbling Holder. Everyone else was crystal clear.

Surely it isn't going to turn out that the killer was someone working for the Larsens? (this is just going on what happened at the end of this week's episode, not a spoiler.)

How did the killer get the campaign car? When Richmond was the main suspect that was easily explainable. But now he has been cleared the car is the key. Did the killer have legit access to it - which means the killer is part of Richmond's campaign in some way. Or was it stolen from somewhere? And where was it when the killer took it?

I know Holder had worked out the mileage for the trip to the Casino and then the long way round back to Seattle. But did they actually confirm that the car was at the casino? I can't remember if they actually tied the car to the Indian Res.?

Rosie went to the Casino via the Ferry. She was seen on the ATM camera there at the time.

Lazy Sunday chilling out today. I'm going to rewatch S1 and try and work out what we actually now know. ie facts and times. Seeing as Belko and Richmond are definitely in the clear.

Rosie was riding her pink bike through the woods. Someone else was behind her doing the filming. Linden's tech guy pulled the image of the tattoo from a reflection in her bike mirror. Then there is the rest of the montage. Butterflies, seaplane, shot of open water(could be from the ferry?), swings, Casino Logo. Linden wonders if Rosie saw something she shouldn't have.

It must be someone she knows? She wouldn't be riding in the woods with a stranger surely.

Just watched most of the episode online but it cut off when Gwen asked her Dad to help her find a new job, Mitch started kissing some random bloke in a motel room and Richmond has decided it's time to get back on the campaign trail. Please can you fill me in on the last few events as I can't find anywhere to get hold of the complete episode. Thanks

Jack spots the photo of the tattoo. He knows it is Ogi Jun - a character from one of his Manga books. OJ is a great warrior avenging his father who was killed right in front of him.

Richmond is in bed. A nurse comes in. She changes his catheter but he feels nothing. It dawns on him what his paralysis really means

Holder is in his car under a flyover with Claire. They are having sex but he is disinterested so she asks if he has any - drugs she means.

Linden checks out Jack's Manga book about Ogi Jun

Back at Larsen's garage Stan looks at a family photo. Janek walks in. He tells Stan he has looked into this Beau Soleil thing. They are all Russian girls - no record of Rosie using it. A contact at the Morgue gave him Rosie's file. Janek tells Stan Rosie was alive when she went into the water, the police lied. She tore off her finger nails trying to get out. He leaves the file with Stan and tells him he should kill whoever did this.

Linden is cooking for Jack in their room. The phone rings. Ray tells her he is e-mailing the CCTV footage. Jack takes care of the cooking while Linden sits at the laptop. A jewellery store camera, 1 block from Beau Soleil, picked up a Larsen van around the time of the fire(2:34am). The driver's arm is visible through the open window. Close up reveals the OJ Tattoo. Linden gets another call. It's from Claire - Holder's girlfriend. She tells Linden Holder is acting crazy and she is worried about him. Linden finds Holder pacing in the median in a busy Highway. Linden tells him she knows what he did - switching the backpack etc. He goes to her and we get a touching reconciliation.

Richmond is in bed. He has a Campiagn button(or badge as we say). He sticks the pin in his leg. Feels nothing! Blood trickles down his leg.

Mitch goes to close the room curtains and sees the young girl who reminds her of Rosie standing by the pool outside.

Someone is deleting all the files from the servers that were in the Beau Soleil place. Someone stole them before they torched the building. They are being held in Janek's restaurant. The guy nods to Janek as he walks out.

Stan is sat at his desk in the garage deep in thought. He is looking at the Morgue report envelope Janek left him. Tattoo guy is in one of his vans. A mate climbs in and they drive out of the garage.

Linden and Holder drive to where he left his car. He opens the trunk and Linden sees Rosie's pink backpack. She takes it out of the trunk and slams the boot shut.

Wasn't the guy wiping the files the young cop that was helping Sarah or is that totally wrong? On thinking that when the guy whoever he was got in the van and they showe3ed tattoo mans arm I started to think maaybe there is a dodgy cop but i am probably wrong.

I really like this show but I suddenly feel like I have missed something because there now seems to be a cover up going on with senior police officers and I cant see why?

Also yay Alan Dale (Neighbours legend Jim Robinson) turns up again, just saw him in Once Upon a Time as Charmings dad and now he is Gwens dad. Didn't watch The OC but I think he was in that as well.
