Why are people so hard to contact. Really need to contact my uni and the number I have keeps ringing then going to a automated message.
So to get my way I have just looked for any email address listed on their website and emailed them all the same message . Such rubbish service as usual for the money you pay, my heart really goes out to the people paying 8k a year. |

What university do you go to?
Basically had to resit one of my assignments as I totally missed the presentation . Anyways I just needed to pass the assignment and I am sure I done enough for that. But its been 4 and a half weeks now and I am due to start uni on Monday, obviously can't enrol or get student finance until this assignment mark is back. The funny thing is the assignment was on hand in procedures, one of them being your assignment will be handed back within four weeks. So annoying, I can understand delays when marking like 400 of them but I am sure there are only about 30 people doing the resit, winds me up that I pay so much money for the course and this is how they deal with stuff. Oh to top that off the resit was £90 extra |

Manchester Met. I think the whole system is flawed, I have never been able to see how its worth 3k a year never mind 8k a year....but I still don't regret it had an amazing time.

I know they are 'only' 8k at my uni but 9k bigger owch. Do not know how basically anything can be justified to treble in cost from one year to the next
In other words the coalition has screwed over both the higher education system & the current generation of people attending university. The Lib Dems in particular have really blown it in terms of future electoral success. |

Who on earth is going to win SPOTY now?
What with his emotional speech after Wimbledon, the Olympics and now earning his place amongst the big boys, he's got to be right up there as a favourite. If there's a load of Olympians up for it, they could split the vote leaving it clear for someone like Andy. I'm usually more of a Novak fan but even I wanted Andy to win this one! |

It's going to be a close vote for the Sports Personality - I can see the BBC giving out 2. Wiggins winning the TDF for the first time (1 contest per year, even though I know it goes toward the worldwide tour rankings) versus Murray being the first Brit to win a grand slam since before World War 2 (4 contests per year).
And then you've got our greatest Olympian ever in his last Olympics ever - tough decision. |

Today I thought Andy had it in the bag, but then I forgot that Wiggins also won the Tour de France, which is like... off the scale epic! x

Don't forget Bradley Wiggins, it could be argued that he's greater than Andy as he was the first Brit ever to win the Tour De France!

OK, a bit late to the tennis party (too tight to pay for Sky Sports so rely on Eurosport) but have just watched the final and I'm in floods of tears. Wow, just wow. Glad I got the beers in for tonight - can't believe I actually managed to avoid the result all day!

I think Bradley will win.
Andy Murray doesn't seem to be very popular and the Scottish vote will be split with Chris Hoy. |

As brilliant as it was, I don't think it was actually BW who tweeted them. Still great to read.
I appreciate it now that he's shown so many different sides to it. He's a real boy to me now! I don't follow tennis at all, so I can't say that Murray's not worthy |

(If it wasn't him it was his identical twin brother who he really should put on a tighter leash) |
