Can you try a different lender and not disclose your student loan?
I'm having to do that but I'm disclosing everything cos they'll inevitably find out. This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't using a special deal to get solicitors for free. Too much stress. Now will have to find my own solicitors and inform the builders of my troubles. And I am drinking on a school night, it's not good.

I remember, when I went to get a mortgage last year, the problems I had being self employed. Gave me sleepless nights.

A drink is definitely in order!

Anyone watching the football? A Barca goal surely is inevitable

Haha! Well at least one person is.

What you said reminds me of that scene near the end of Elf where the biker wants a day at the health spa for Christmas.

I hate John Terry. At least if Chelsea get through he's banned from the final

Silly silly silly, I would be furious if I was a Chelsea fan. Certainly going to be an interesting half, if Chelsea keep them from scoring they are through to the final

With Ramires and possible Cahill out too. Surely they have no chance of winning the whole thing

It might be worth Chelsea going through now you mention it

Terry would be suicidal and they'll have no players left

John Terry's statement was the most cringeworthy thing I have ever heard!

He didn't mean it

I really question some of Skys commentators, they are so crap. Its just like a retirement home for players not good enough to be managers

By my account they have Ivanovic,Terry,Ramires and Meireles out of the final and Cahill if he is seriously injured.

I'm mainly worried Newcastle will get 4th place and then having to rely on the Germans or Spanish to decide if we get into the champions league or not

I hate football, I used to go to Ipswich Town games with my Dad (forced me to come) when I was about 13 but I only went for the chips at half time, I once got a football for my 8th birthday and I threw a tantrum.

LOL I don't blame you for hating football if you were forced to go and watch Ipswich play

I hate football too. When I was doing my town planning degree I used to wind up the footy fans by saying that all the stadia were a waste of prime development land and that teams should be forced to share stadia to maximise their use, share security and infrastructure costs and that they should be built way away from city centres and any population as they were a bad neighbour land use. Pretty much what happened in many cases after Bradford and Sheffield.

Mind you, I have to say the executive box catering at West Bromwich Albion is top notch when I went there for a commemorative nosh-up with work, and the wedding reception catering at Walsall FC is pretty good too. They are the only times I've ever been in a football stadium apart from two trips to the Aston Villa boardroom to negotiate a green travel plan. Villa's boardroom gave me a migrane - claret and blue carpet and chairs surrounded by orange glazed brickwork and red maple glazed cabinets full of silverwear. Little wonder footballer's wives homes are so tasteless.

I don't hate football as such, having to work special shifts for football games is very lucrative

Of course it stops being quite so good if/when Norwich plummet through the leagues....

Who cares about your league position when you have Delia's Brasserie and her apparently very up market match-day pies.

She also made one of the most memorable speeches in premier league history

'A message for the best fussball supporters in the world'

I have just looked on wiki and seen she is 70 though Didn't think she was that old
