Does anyone else just let things build up and worry, rather then just tackle the worry?

Moving into a new student place in September but on the contact it says they want the first instalment of 1700 in August when I wouldn't get my student loan until September. Been worrying about it for ages but eventually rang up and they were sweet about it.

On top of worrying about this I was also thinking I wouldn't have a job when I go back in the summer, as i'm on a seasonal contract but didn't consider Easter as a time to work this year, more a time to play haha. Anyways I thought they would be really annoyed with me but rang up and they were fine when I said when I can come back.

Stupid money. I though I was gonna have the impossible task of having to pay £1700 in August with no job in the summer ha

Happy times, if Newcastle win tonight and my exam goes fine tomorrow I will feel even more weight off my shoulders. If all this goes good I think I might even put a bet on the UK to win Eurovision

Good luck with your exam - glad other things have worked out ok!

And yeah, it's sometimes much easier to worry than it is to actually tackle the problem - I think it's the fear of confirming that it's the worst case scenario, rather than just having it as a possible issue that might not be too bad

Thank you

Yeah I think that is the problem it always seems easier having the worry then the possibility of having an even bigger worry lol...even though it often turns out fine haha

Speak to the landlord/agency in charge... assuming they rent properties to numerous students, there may be other students facing the same issue. See if there's any way you can postpone the payment until whenever you have your loan.

Got back from Norwich about an hour ago, lovely and cool in Norwich before I got onto the train, the minute I arrive in Ipswich I get saturated and I walked through my front door looking like someone had tried to drown me. The meeting to went to was great though, unintentionally met one of friends I knew solely from Facebook, she was lovely.

Glad you had a good time in Norwich Foxy, I looked out for you on CCTV - assume that you weren't the collapsed drunk in Norwich Market yesterday late afternoon?

I'm proper obsessed with a non-ESC song at the moment, but I'm keeping schtum because if I don't get to submit it in a Fantasy round this year, I think I will cry!

Yeah she basically said that they will give leeway with payment due to this

Exam day, I only have one ritual on exam days. Listen to this before every exam I have ever had

Good luck Maddy! I'm thinking of all the poor FM's with exams on the run up to Eurovision - just think of w/c May 21st as a present for all the hard work

Wow, you can actually watch the whole city?
Is that why you called yourself 'BB' Anne?

Do you put on a geordie accent and narrate what everyone is doing? I'd love you even more for that!

I went to vote in my old primary school, looks way smaller than I remembered, was minding my nephew so took him the park afterwards and took him on the swings and slide.

I had a horrible experience last night - I'd only been asleep for about 20 minutes when I either dreamed or thought I could feel somebody pulling me up by my shoulders (I was sleeping on my front). As I woke up I could still feel what felt like something gripping me and then I just felt very cold. One of those horrible moments when you're so disorientated and almost scared to look around at what's in the room with you/confirm that there's nothing actually there!

Also, yes, I voted after work today. (One of the officials had a copy of Brave New World on the desk - not sure which candidates' policies they referred to!) We had the vote about how we want our mayor elected too.

Thank you, it went fine thank god. One on Wednesday (my final one) will be worse though, could only manage 10% in it last year LOL. Hate accounts.

Its horrible having exams during Eurovision week. I am defiantly going to miss the second semi this year though as it is most of my friends last night out of our time at uni together. I guess the results will be easily avoided with it being the semi and it shall be fun watching it extremely drunk 3am on Thursday night .

Lets hope Iplayer adds it quickly or I will be an annoyed drunk

I've felt pain in my dreams before, I once had a dream that I was being kidnapped by a murderer and he was dragging me through a corridor that was stained with blood and as he was pulling me along he has digging his hand into my stomach very harshly which I can actually remember being very painful and he was laughing to himself manically whilst saying 'I'm sorry I'm so sorry!' it was at that point I woke up, it wasn't a nightmare but I'm just glad that I awoke before he got a chance to kill me!

I do love dreams though, they're so fun, particularly lucid dreams.

When I was on Prozac a few years back I used to have vivid hallucinatory dreams, full on experiences which I can still remember as memories rather than in that detached dream-memory you normally have. They were brilliant, wierd, surreal and the best trip you could have on prescription.

I also had a daytime hallucination, two sparrows were sat on my window sill watching me decorate the front room, every time I stopped for a break, they tapped the window after a while as if to nag me back to work. Well, I assume I was hallucinating - unless Norfolk had time-and-motion trained Sparrows flying around in pairs.

Just found out I've got an interview for an apprenticeship next Tuesday. Yay!

I'm hoping that if I get it, I won't have to start until June so I can enjoy Eurovision week.

Not everyone gets hallucinatory side effects but I do miss my night-time wierd trips.

I dreamt of purple skies in Walsall, had a heightened sense of reality, and dreamt surreal situations like me being kidnapped by B&Q Norwich to work as a slave in a hidden foundry behind the store, eventually for me to escape by digging a tunnel to Heathrow terminal 1 just in time to see a near miss between a Polish airliner and a military cargo plane before boarding a light plane home...yes, Prozac could be fun!

Argh, last night was weird too - not sure how long I'd been asleep but I had the sensation that someone/thing was...spooning me and I ended up having some weird tangled limb struggle before grabbing whatever it was' arm and biting it. At least this time I didn't feel anything on me after I'd woken up!
