Horribly tense. Hope Maldonado wins, never knew a season to be so open
Great to see Williams win after all these years |

You guys may aswell be talking Cantonese, I'd probably have a better chance of understanding what you're talking about.

^ I quite enjoy a good game of tennis actually, even though I haven't played it since high school, it was one of the very few P.E. lessons that I actually turned up to.

Is anyone still watching the F1 on Sky
![]() There's just been a fire in the Williams garage. Thick black smoke all over the pit lane |

I saw a bit of the GP at work - can't believe that Williams have won again - and as a huge Rubens Barrichello fan, can't believe they waited til he left before getting a decent engine
![]() The venezuelan national anthem was nice though! |

It sounds like there's a few casualties from the fire at the F1. I've never seen anything like it

I hope everyone is ok; after they had such a great day as well. Sir Frank Williams had his whole family there as well.

It sounds mostly smoke inhalation. One guy has burns to his legs though. Sir Frank and his family are all ok. Senna's Williams has been turned into a burnt out shell apparently
I hope the burns and inhalation aren't too serious. ![]() ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- As for football...the end of the Premiership season is as tense as the Formula One race was! |

They're reporting it was something to do with the KERS charger in the garage. Everyone looks really shaken up. Some hero mechanics in the pitlane all running into the fire!

I keep on clicking on the GD thread without realising and I'm reading too much about the rehearsals by doing so.

The GP fire was shocking. The football was brilliant, especially with a Man City supporting family round.

You girls spend a fortune at the hairdressers. I don't think I've ever paid more than 7 quid

I don't think I have either, I have realised though the further south I go the more the price creeks up
![]() Does anyone else hate tipping? I do it because I feel guilty not doing so but detest doing it. Not just at the hairdressers but just in general. I have stopped in taxis tho. If it comes to £9.80 I will wait for my 20p

It depends with taxis - the last one I got in stood still for a few minutes in traffic before actually setting off, yet the price crept up by a couple of quid. No chance of a tip that time! Quote:

![]() ![]() (Then again, I go about once a year, putting it off for longer than I should because I hate the awkward small talk and am scared that they'll butcher it again like last time! I miss my regular one back home...) |

I hate tipping too, I never know if I have given too much too little, its ridiculous and should be made illegal.
