I'm off to work for the night now, won't be logging in I don't think .... am going to try and not see who won The Apprentice and then fire up iPlayer when I get home at 7am! I kinda know I won't be successful in my mission, but it's worth a try

I can't believe I've managed to miss this entire series of The Apprentice. I'm usually a huge fan but for some reason I never got round to watching it this year.

And I've managed to stay awake watching the final - and we have a winner
![]() I'll watch the after-programme bit later on, I'm shattered and my bed is beckoning me... |

He was the only one with a plan that didn't make me want to fire them all before the interviews even started! They really should have descibed the business plans earlier, I felt disgusted with myself for ever thinking that Jade should have won when she said what hers was...
Obviously I'm a weirdo who does this then. Makes life so much easier |

I wanted to slap one of the interviewers when he said "who in there right minds plans out meals for a week, like we'll have lasagne on Monday"

I'm a bit peeved the last 11 weeks have been pretty pointless as the tasks didn't count for anything. If it's all based on the business plan then do away with the tasks and allow each candidate in turn pitch their business and have it scrutinised.

The tasks weren't totally pointless, it gave Lord Sugar the chance to see how capable they were of actually delivering on the business plan - would you want to give £250,000 to someone who had the best business plan in the world but couldn't even perform the simplest of tasks properly?

I went to a jubilee festival in Newmarket today, felt very awkward being amongst a load of villagers so I just kept my head down and tried not to speak. I wouldn't want them coming after me with their flares and pitchforks.

I'm still at work and it's been one of the busiest ever .... full moon mixed with Jubilee celebrations and copious amounts of alcohol makes for a stressful night
I caught the Cheryl Cole "singing" *stifles a giggle* And the Grace Jones hula hooping Will catch up on the end bits on iPlayer sometime over the next few days - the only thing I'll be doing when I get home in 3 hours time is SLEEP! |
