I think they are so high as they are in the so called group of death. If they get through that you never know.
How about England not to get through the group? I think that's a good shout(not just because I'm Scottish )We're going to see the Olympic torch tomorrow as it passes the street round the corner from us. There have been thousands lining the streets in England. You just know we'll be the only ones their ![]() ![]() Quote:
My local (San Marino!) are always forgetting a side here or there. They come back if you let them know they've crapped up, although it does ruin the synergy of the meal!

France are a good Euro 2012 bet. They're unbeaten in yonks and still available at 10/1 in some places!

My 3rd favourite French entry ever after 2002 and 2001.I remember we all thought it would finish dead last. How wrong we were thankfully. It just worked so well on stage |

The trouble with France is that they have excellent entries on paper but come the night, blah.
2010 is the opposite. Very sexy too! |

Had the worst day ever.
Went to work had such rubbish customers then my till was somehow down by £5.10, first time in like 3 years :S. Got home, read an email from uni and realised I have to resubmit some coursework over the summer as I have somehow missed a presentation that I was meant to do in December and it will cost £100 to resit ![]() So then arranged with friends to go to Frankies and Bennys, alls good there and done my good deed for the day and gave £3 to charity. Then got put in a rubbish predicament, they all wanted to go to the Bingo across the road haha. So I had the choice of joining them or getting the bus home alone as my friend was driving. So anyways at 22 years old I ended up in a bingo hall hahaha. Half way though. thinking I had got two lines, I shouted and it turned out it was a false call . Felt like 400 old grannies were baying for my blood. So I spent about an hour bright red, with my heart stopping every time I got near to shouting again. If I didn't laugh about today I would cry. I really think I am a real life version of Miranda |

He's doing my head in. Not as much as Lydia though. Surely Andy Scott-Lee can do better? Was he the one that was married to Michelle Heaton? Maybe not then! This is a test now. Obviously I'm not anti charity but I can't stand charity robdogs on the street. One time I got rid of a children's charity representative by telling her "I don't even like children!" Another time someone asking for £3 (a month?) to save the tigers (don't hassle me, shoot the ****ers who're shooting the tigers!) asked if she could speak to me so I said, "I'm a fast walker, if you can keep up, you can talk" followed by, "I like tigers but if we turn the tables, would the tiger save me? No, he'd eat me."
Sticking with BB, can't be doing with the Daily Mail harridan. Oh I know what you mean I hate those too. Whenever they ask if im over 18 I just say no, wonder how many more years they will believe me hahah. |

If it's any consolation BigB I also had a terrible day at work. I got in on time for 2:30 this afternoon but one of my managers said that I was late, I looked at my phone and it said 2:29 so I was on time and insisted that I wasn't late at all. Our shop opened in February and it's ridiculously understaffed, I have the responsibility of cleaning the patisserie and have a checklist of jobs that MUST be done before we close for the night and I'm the only staff member that has one of these. I was rushed off my feet, I had to go back and forth to the tills whenever it got too restless and whilst I was doing this I had to reduce all the bread and cake products on the shelves which were do to expire within the next 4 days, this took FOREVER and only had an hour and a half left to do my checklist which I haven't even started. I was already stressed out by the time I'd nearly finished which is when it was time to close the shop, my other manager came along and said to me that it all should have been finished ages ago and that I was taking too long and I snapped (when I snap you'll know it!) and said "Well I'm sorry but it's not fair that I have to keep going back and forth to the tills because we are ridiculously understaffed and aren't doing anything about it!" he changed his tone after that. ![]() I'm so glad I stood up for myself, still feel worn out though. Seriously thinking of handing my notice in at Waitrose, getting mighty sick of working in retail. I've applied for a job in social care and all I'm waiting for now is to hear something back from them. ![]() Quote:

Was thinking about entering this in a fantasy round
I don't like the suggestions of splitting the contests into two, much prefer your idea of longer per round. I have some great entries lined up. Hope I get to use them! |

Looking at everyone's bad days I feel a little bit guilty I've been having a great day doing politics revision (not a joke, I actually quite like it). Quote:
