I'm looking forward to it as well! The two teams are pretty evenly matched, should be a good game. As long as England win obviously.

I want England to win.
I don't think they will though. I've gone for 1 - 0 to Italy. |

For the first time in a long time I'm actually looking forward to the football tonight. Hoping England can just edge Italy out and possibly, but probably not, beat Germany in the semi.
A lot of people who I follow on twitter who are Irish/N.Irish/Scottish/Welsh are actually supporting England too, which I'm pleasantly surprised by. |

England didn't do badly, and at least we were beaten by a bloody good team.

Out on penalties again. Tough way to go but in all honesty England didn't deserve to win that match, I'm surprised they even got it to penalties.

I don't think the Italians are all that good. They couldn't beat New Zealand two years ago.
England were shocking. Time to ring the changes (again). Just thankful Italy have 2006 as their most recent tournament win, as opposed to 1966! |

Italy didn't have anything to prove in the 2006 World Cup- they have more to prove this time.
Still think Germany are going to pulverize us. |

Germany will surely win over Italy. I think the final will be Spain v Germany. And Germany might win it.

I'm still backing Spain, have done right from the start so not gonna change now. I'm quite happy for a team with that kind of quality to dominate for a while. They were massive underachievers for a long time so it's nice to see them do so well (even if they did give my team a thumping).
