Spent 10 minutes of my working day today trying to convince someone that we can't actually accept a pack of boxer shorts back once they've been purchased. Lovely.

What do they expect you to say? 'Oh sure just pop them back onto the shelf so someone else can wear them and we'll give you a full refund'.

It was the most bizarre set up ever- he'd paid for them on his Topman card (well, not paid for them but had credit for them) and wanted the money back before he'd actually paid it.

He was either taking the piss or drunk. Or incredibly unhinged.

I will post a pic when I get home- the one's on my phone are either drunken pictures of strangers or pictures I take on the train when trying to check out my hair.
