Awww Mo - since he's been intensively trained by Alcazar, he's come on leaps and bounds. Must be the dance routines

Loved watching Denise Lewis in the commentary box as he won. She's looking great. |

The 37 year old gymnast earlier looked so out of place I couldn't help but laugh at her.

I love Christine Ohuruogu. She was my favourite out of everyone in Beijing. What a race and what a comeback.
If anyone had to beat her to the gold, I'm happy it was Sanya Richards-Ross. |

Erm. Slightly disturbed by the fact that the commentator has just mentioned that the Kenyan athlete who just won has had a court case suspended just so he could compete in these games. He is accused of stabbing someone.

How can a two time proven cheat be allowed back? It's just ridiculous. Hope he's cheated again and Gay can be upgraded to bronze.

True Fact- If Yorkshire were a country, it would now be higher up the medal table than Japan and Australia.

Well, the day of reckoning is here.
Thanks for the advice this past week, I'm gonna just go, drive to the best of my ability and fight a losing battle against my nerves. |
