Ryan Bailey just brought a smile to my face too
Hope you just caught the slo-mo replay!

Hyman not taking part in the next heat...is he broken?

Awww Mo - since he's been intensively trained by Alcazar, he's come on leaps and bounds. Must be the dance routines

What a finish he's got too. Bring on Rio!

I can't imagine he's such a whiz on the dance floor!

Loved watching Denise Lewis in the commentary box as he won. She's looking great.

She does still look amazing doesn't she? I think Strictly has a lot to do with it

Loving the 40 year old triple jumper!

I don't even remember her being on Strictly!

I thought the 40 year old triple jumper just looked old (in athletics terms)!

The 37 year old gymnast earlier looked so out of place I couldn't help but laugh at her.

I love Christine Ohuruogu. She was my favourite out of everyone in Beijing. What a race and what a comeback.

If anyone had to beat her to the gold, I'm happy it was Sanya Richards-Ross.

Erm. Slightly disturbed by the fact that the commentator has just mentioned that the Kenyan athlete who just won has had a court case suspended just so he could compete in these games. He is accused of stabbing someone.

When he said "court case" I thought it would be something really minor, like a traffic offence - was a bit shocked when he then said what it was for

Why are they talking to John McEnroe about sprinting?!

I take your question and raise it with a 'why not'?!

Glad Bolt won. And Blake got silver.

Coming 4th...so Gay.

And lots of long lingering close ups of Ryan Bailey before the start, that was worth tuning in for alone

How can a two time proven cheat be allowed back? It's just ridiculous. Hope he's cheated again and Gay can be upgraded to bronze.

True Fact- If Yorkshire were a country, it would now be higher up the medal table than Japan and Australia.

Probably the same reason they felt the need to ask his stupid opinion on the men's road race the other day.

Well, the day of reckoning is here.

Thanks for the advice this past week, I'm gonna just go, drive to the best of my ability and fight a losing battle against my nerves.
