OK. I'm going to bring in Hutchy Muse and Poth.

Hutchy_Muse seemed completly against our concept and it really showed in his work ethic. The first time the team spoke to him was on the second day of the task. The celebrity line up was complete. We had all our ideas and had the pitch about 75% wrote. Hutchy wanted to change the idea to the alcoholics idea which all the team were against. After that, he went offline and didn't do his part of the task i.e. the logo. I believe he went offline because he was annoyed no one liked his idea and because he didn't like ours. I don't think he was a team player either and that's why I had to quickly delegate the logo to another team member and I actually think Hutchy was more a hinderance than a help on this task for multiple reasons and think maybe he should have went before 21st century boy.

Poth didn't do too much work either. He only wrote the introduction to the pitch which wasn't great. The pitch then had to be edited and his idea was left out. He was also inactive for a large amoun of the task.

Hutchy was actually present during the first night's meeting and that's when he suggested his alternative.

I would. Apart from hutchy's suggestion, I don't think he actually did anything else. As for poth, to his credit he did at one point suggest they do something other than a public vote. He never really offered any specific alternatives and the suggestion was half-hearted at best, but it was there.

I wrote the proposed pitch for the ITV2 show. I contributed ideas towards what concept to use, my idea was for a cage rather than a house and a fight in the cage or cell and call it "Encaged". I believe I managed my teammates well and they also believed that. I gave feedback on how to improve the pitch. I came up with ideas for the logo. I took risks in the task for example, I said I didn't really want to be PM but if no one else wanted to do it then I'd be happy to do it and about three posters put themselves forwards then dropped out of PMing and nominated me for it. I took the risk of being PM and didn't drop out because I'm not afraid of taking risks and knew I'd give this task everything I had and I feel I participated in every part of this task and people were happy with my ideas and I believe I managed the team effectively.

I feel the main drawback of the task was that some posters didn't do what I asked them most notably Hutchy_Muse and 21st Century Boy and that's why the task suffered but I don't feel I could have done anything more. I delegated tasks to them on Thursday they didn't do them so on Friday I had to do a lot of their work and got their part of the task completed by Saturday and the team liked the additional work I did that 21st Century Boy didn't do.



Sorry, just checked. Hutchy arrived and gave his idea three and a half hours or so after we began and had already made the celeb line-up, I'd done my part ofthe pitch and we'd came up with a name etc.

Narutofan did Hutchy_Muse's logo. I did all of the work I delegated to 21st Century Boy. I believe I contributed the most in this task and was selected as PM as no one really wanted to be it. I don't believe I overdeveloped the idea I felt like others in the team, the reality show should have one winner so we should eliminate one team per round and then my idea was that the final four teammates should face each other in the finale and have one winner.

I felt it would be better to maybe slightly overdevelop the idea so that the public had a say though as I felt it was essential that a public vote was taking into place but I stand by that decision even though it may have caused the game to be slightly overdeveloped and admittely that was probably my main error but I do feel it was a team decision and not just mine.

Hutchy suggested the addicts idea which, whilst it's sadistic and controversial, in my opinion was the most in line with "the future of RTV" out of ALL the ideas across both teams.

Poth wasn't so keen on the public vote idea. I think it's safe to say that the inclusion of the vote is one of the big things which over-complicated the whole concept of the show.

Anyway I did offer an alternative to phone voting, an Internet vote for their challenges, food etc.

I offered plenty of alternatives to the show as I didn't think I was reality tv enough.

I did the pitch and instead of getting back constructive critisms etc I got nothing back from them, not even a thankyou or some of it's good but you need to highlight this and that etc

I didn't say we needed a Phone vote, but I did say we Could have a different one to identify us fromother shows.
