What I think is,initially he possibly had a ghost writer and was going to publish it as part of winning BB.That could be done within a year or less. However since he left those lines,he can go ahead and write it himself, spend some money on an editor and self publish .

BB would be a part of it but now he has freedom in what he says as he has no loyalties.
I don't agree with 'ghost writer' but 'in collaboration with' seems reasonable to agree with

They are called ghost writers by profession but true it is a collaboration

You make a fair point which I accept, but there have been many who have simply given interviews following which the ghost writes.

I do not think Aaron would do it that way

Which ever way,the author approves the content.Nothing would be misrepresented in terms of fact. There are so many things that are involved in writing a book which can only be done by a trained person.

I would be amazed if he had not written it himself (with Faye's recollections as a guide), as his take on BB life and his part in it all.

Maybe there will be that special moment to come, in order to make the story complete.

I don't have much knowledge about publishing issues.

I was a publisher for over 25 years. Self-publishing/vanity publishing brings little if any remuneration. Had a friend who had his father's memoirs published by one of these vanity publishers as a birthday present for his father. It was expensive and no copies outside the family were sold - he was left with over 460 copies. He could have gone to Kall Qwik and saved lots of cash.

Best way these days is to get agent who will do the work - send out synopses etc to relevant publishers. If Aaron is using a ghost writer the ghost writer gets a cut (and it can be substantial) of royalties and even advances.

I hope Aaron does get his memoirs published but it is a very tough world in publishing these days. I hope he doesn't employ a ghost writer until he has a firm deal as he may be out of pocket. He also needs to discuss copyright with any publisher. Lots of publishers keep copyright rather than the author. I remember talking to an eminent biographer at a conference a couple of years ago and she said publishers were very picky as to what biographies were published. I was very surprised to hear that.

I wish Aaron well.

Sometimes the ghost writer even gets a credit - and shares in the percentage of royalties and fees.

BB 2011 ranking of the housemates on the MF: Aaron's suddenly getting a lot of bottom rankings after a good start - Aaron supporters please vote for him if you haven't done so already

General Elections Day.....Who wins? You decide...

If Aaron were a candidate I'd vote .. no hesitation .. but not gonna bother as it's a foregone conclusion in my neck of the woods who is going to win!!!

Has Helen Flanagan really won FHM top 100? Perhaps it's true that too much makes you blind....
