Can't connect my new iPad to the internet
All the internet outlets (including my own BTHub) is listed on my new iPad. I can connect to any that are not locked yet cannot connect to my own BT Homehub despite very carefully typing in my own wireless key.
Can anybody please advise me how to overcome this? It's doing my head in! |

Have you turned it on?
Have you gone to your router homepage and added it? |

Reset your router ? Sounds daft I know but these things can glitch so a swift reset can often solve many an issue.

Do you have MAC filtering enabled on the router?

I found this online, seems quite common with BT hubs Quote:
I had the same problem, but seem to have solved it by logging into the router via bthomehub.home then in the Wireless settings section there is a Hexadecimal version of the numeric key that is on the little pull out tab on the router. Entering this into the iPad enabled me to join the network straight away.
maybe it will help
