Nothing special on good Friday but I am really looking forward to dinner on easter Sunday - I'm doing a huge roast, lamb and all the trimmings followed by a desert and a bottle of red
![]() I will be marinating the lamb in olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and red wine and stuffing the fat with garlic and Rosemary

Not sure what we are doing good friday - i suppose some kind of fish!
Easter Sunday I am going to do a roast chicken for me and hubby - we normally go to one of our parents but neither seems that keen on doing anything this year! Then I am going to drink a big bottle of wine and celebrate the end of lent

Roast beef dinner on Sunday with all the trimings. Leg of lamb is too expensive! Might make Tiramisu for dessert.
Probably eat out on Good Friday. |

Has to be fish on Friday although we aren't religious. Must be a throwback to childhood. I plan to make my grannies salmon and hardbolied egg fishcakes. Sunday will be greek style leg of lamb cooked wrapped up for hours with potatoes, onions, garlic, white wine and rosemary. Yummy.
