I really hate Jane

The trouble with Jane is that the more dislikeable aspects of her (for me) are her personality traits rather than what I think of her in terms of being a business person. I do actually think she has a good work ethic and shows intent and detrminaton to do a job (which is commendable) BUT... her personality overshadows alot of those efforts all because she doesn't present herself or deliver her opinions well, at all!

The most annoying part of her is that she wants to look like she is doing the most in the task which, actually isnt clever because then the more she tries to do = more blame if she hasn't done it well. She should share the load more, do her given job well and recognise to praise others when they have done well (none of which she's done so far).

Spot on, Miriam. I like her with my head but my heart says Nah!

She's already earned a nickname in this house: Seedy Jane, which refers to her habit of planting seeds of doubt or negativism.

Can't stand her. She spends the entire task looking like she's just sucked on a lemon.

If she mentions 'profit margins' one more time before they've even decided what the product is, I think I'l throw something at the tv. She's so obsessed with number crunching that she actually forgets there is a task to be done.

Btw, love the Catherine Tate comparisons
