T-Mobile - Cancelled my contract but they are still chargining me...
I had two lines with them they both where coming up for renewal, in Feb I asked them too cancel one of my lines after I wasn't happy with the package they where offering me they told me they had done this, I asked twice with both people at T-Mobile and they told me they had done this given my 30 day notice and I would get a letter through the door and would have to pay the last month, I renewed my other mobile line as it was a cheap 12 mth tariff, now I checked this month and find they are still charging me again, I can't called them to the morning but can anyone give me any advice on where I stand with this I'm not going to pay for contract I don't use but wondering if they've cornered me.

Did you request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) to keep your number?
If you did request one and you didn't use it, then T-Mobile is legally required to keep your contract running, If you didn't try and keep the number, then they've probably made a mistake. |

No I didn't request a PAC code, I'm going to call them now.

I called up and spoke to a lady she said they hadn't cancelled my contract even though I requested it and they said they had twice for me, luckily it said I had requested it on the system, They've taken of the amount they billed me for this month, she said they defiantly cancelled it this time but they can't send me a letter to confirm it, once my other line's contract is up I'm cancelling altogether really not worth the hassle and costs, they where adding extra on the line when I hadn't even use it in nearly 2 months, disgusting.
