The ones I most dislike are Adam, Azhar, Tom and Stephen.
But voted Stephen because all he has to do is speak and I cringe, and he always seems to make an arse of himself each episode. I think even if he just stood there, I'd still feel annoyed. lol
I want Ricky to be fired, what a stupid excuse last night "I didn't know I had to make as much as I could".
It was obviously implied, she didn't want him to waste a fifth of it.
Torn between Adam and Ricky, as awful as they are as candidates, their personalities are even worse. Voted for Adam after how he treated Katie after she put herself up for project manager.

So agree. There is nobody who's even vaguely intelligent (other than Katie) in a non chav shouty way. They are mostly really rough. No Toms, no quiet but educated. Was this because they wanted to take the programme downmarket or was it just all they could get?

Before last night it was Jenna slightly ahead of Jane.
However, yesterday Adam stole it for me. He does nothing but sit and whine and I agreed with Jenny Eclair, that his patronising comments about Katie were disgusting.
Surprisingly, Katie, who was my least favourite after Week 1, is now my favourite
Ricky - Found myself really disliking him the other night. He was arrogant, deluded as to his own performance and unnecessarily nasty about Michael (especially once back in the house at the end). An all-round tosser.
Adam's the worst for me currently - sure case of someone who loves the sound of his own voice far too much. Jane is also unpleasant and nigh on useless, but Tom's coming up on the rails for me. He's so sour and the rate he was blame-shifting in the latter half of the episode was reaching Wotherspoon levels. Especially as he didn't sell particularly well (the only person we saw closing a deal on his sub-team was Azhar), was part of the disastrous factory sub-team, and had Katie take over the costings from him.
