I'm on Orange's Panther 36 plan that includes 2 Swappables & my data allowance is 1GB per month. I chose the Deezer & Mobile TV Swappables about 5 months ago.

Swappables are always absolutely free to use and do not touch the data allowance as confirmed on the orange website here http://pantherplan.orange.co.uk/faqs - I have been using them for months and they have never touched my 1GB data, they were free as they should be, so I have been using my 1GB data allowance, plus 1GB or 2GB of extra Swappables data each month.

This is the question I have, Yesterday I did about 60mb of chargeable browsing, a few hours of Deezer that used 100mb and about 40mb of the Mobile TV... I checked my online "Your Account" this morning and 100mb of my data allowance has been used since yesterday meaning the browsing and mobile TV have come out of my 1GB allowance, however the Deezer hasn't, it was free and just added to my "Total Usage" as normal.

So why has the Mobile TV come out of my allowance and the Deezer was free as normal?

Also why has the Mobile TV come out of my allowance in the first please because it's meant to be free and it always has been?

I am not using a different APN btw, just the standard orangeinternet one.. Any ideas why this has happened?

Have you checked your data by texting BUNDLE to or calling 150 (options 1, 1, 1 then 3 I believe)? Does it say the same thing? My friend on Orange is getting different responses when he checks his allowances online at Your Account than he does when checking them elsewhere, if you follow me, which is why I ask.

Just tried it, before my PC gave me BSOD - and no luck its showing the same as "Your account" - I want to know why I was charged (in data) for that when i shouldn't have been.. Also I need to know if i will continue to be charged otherwise I wont know if i can use it or not without using up all my data
