Hey! you've pinched that idea off me.

I've been eating Balti for years since my brother who lives in Birmingham introduced me to it there. I've tried making it myself from scratch but there's loads of different spices needed to get it anywhere like authentic and frankly Grossman's sauce I find as near to authentic as makes no difference.
