Agreed about the details - one of the things I think is a great touch is how Max carries and reloads his guns - no velcro on his back for the long gun!
The only thing that's annoyed me is the bizarre change in controls when you pick up a scoped gun. WTF does aim switch to the left stick? |

What are the clues for? Just collectables?
Also, what's happened to Max's friend since the boat level? Was he killed? I've just shaved my head and he's no where to be seen... Finally, who is Victor Bronco? Was he the father of the girls father??? |

2, play the game and find out 3, you really haven't been paying much attention have you sorry to sound critical but the first question is answered after finding one of the clues (Not to mention the title CLUES) the second question, you dont know the name of the second main character :S and the third question there is a cutscene in chapter 1, the second cutscene i believe which tells you who victor is and after the boat mission you mention, it has been mentioned who victor is many additional times |

I'm back on Cod as of last night. I really enjoyed Max Payne 3 multiplayer, but tbh the wait between games is just a touch too long. My mind ends up wandering and i can't be arsed by the time the game starts. It feels like a five minute wait, or close to that.
I'll go back from time to time though. |

Got this today and its good, but its buggering difficult. Playing on normal and i've died lots of times already.
Not sure if i have gotten worse, or just not used to games being hard anymore. Its refreshing to be challenged. |

Also for anyone interested in the PC version. Despite the initial problems getting the game to work. This is one of R* most optimised PC game ever. It's running amazing and has some of the best graphics I've ever seen in some scenes. |

There's a patch for that being worked on right now, bumped up to top priority, the thing is, the EXE is actually triggering a false positive on many popular Virus Scanners, and in some cases, being quarantined meaning the game will refuse to start.
But yes, apart from that slight hiccup, this game runs fantastic on PC hardware and everything has been polished quite well, hard to believe it's done by the same team who released Grand Theft Auto IV and EFLC a few years back! Toronto has proved themselves here.

I myself experienced the issue where steam would not launch the game then yesterday some smart guy spotted this problem. With the txt file in place the game booted up perfectly fine. I just hope they do GTA V hopefully without the launching problems though

Just completed it tonight on Normal.
Brilliant game! There was some moments where I had hairs standing on the back of my neck because some of the scenes were just so cool. That final song when the credits roll is great too. Loved it. Rockstar never fail me with games. I don't think I've ever bought a Rockstar game that I've disliked on the PS3. |

Definately. My system is pretty old, and it runs and looks great. I thought i was going to need to upgrade the GPU to get it to run decently, but it works fine. ( Although i'm still going to upgrade when the 660 comes out)

Really struggling at the moment on Hard to get past the rooftop that ends up with you finding a machine gun dude who you have to kill before the building collapses. Literally tried it like 100 times!

Im currently playing it on hard and on the last chapter.
Dont suppose anyone has any tips? Im stuck in the hangar where im geting shot at with a grenade launcher and also have to fend off loads of enemies. I seem to run out of bullet time so whenever i get up to take a shot i get nailed with a headshot or blown to bits by a grenade. Plus there are only two painkillers lying about. Tried about 20times last night and was geting frustrated so in the end turned the game off. ![]() Give it another go later and most likley do it first time but some tips would be helpful.

In Rockstar's defence, they didn't develop LA Noire.

More Free Stuff Time! This time you can download the 20 minute club mix by New York DJ crew Trouble & Bass. The tracked, titled "Trouble in Brazil" is played during the night club scene in the game when all hell breaks loose. You can listen to (and download) it from Here.
