My brother has a Nokia C2 and keeps getting sales calls from particular numbers and when he answer the line goes dead or recorded sales message is played.
Is there a way of block these number, like I can do on my phone where I can add the number to the black list?

Register the number with the Telephone Preference Service. It might help a bit.
