Today is Good Friday, when "we are not supposed to eat meat".
If you are not religious, did you eat fish today ?
If not, why not ?
In my case, I am not in the slightest bit religious, but my wife is, and I ate fish to keep her happy and to avoid a load of grief I would have got if I had eaten meat !
I would have preferred to have got stuck into a big juicy steak !

I'm not religious and neither is the fella....we had duck. I do love fish though, so wouldn't have minded either way.

I never eat meat anyway - so even though I think that am not religious at all, does that mean I must be more religious than many as I eat no meat 365 days a year (366 this year)!

I had cod yesterday because of the throwback to fish on Friday, especially Good Friday.
I'm not religious but it's a bit like having turkey for christmas. Just on of those things that you generally do (though not always).

I ate vegetarian for lunch.
