I like to make my bolognese mixture using beef mince, pork sausage meat and bacon lardons, it adds a lovely flavour. I also add carrots, celery etc a glass of red wine, chopped tomatoes and herbs and some beef stock cube. Simmer it all for a good 3 hours.

White sauce I add milk to a pan and boil, then I add conrnflour mixed with water to thicken, nutmeg and then grated cheffar cheese.

I then add some cheese sauce to the bottom of a dish, lasagna sheet, bolognese, parma ham, white sauce, cheedar etc Top it off with a layer of cheese sauce topped with cheedar and mozzarella.

brown mince with grated onion, add a grated garlic1 or 2 cloves..mix lightly till brown..add herbs and seasoning..add squirt of tomato puree..add tin of tomatoes, and lasange packet mix ..Stir and simmer on low

cheese sauce
melt butter (or marg) in a pan..add bit of flour ( i use normal flour), mix it till sticks, add milk, and keep stirring..add some boiling water to thinner it out..add more milk if nescessary..Stir until thick, then add grated cheese..Once all cooked put some of the lasagna in dish, the the lasagna sheets..then some sauce..then more lasagna, and the sheets, then the sauce..i end up with sliced tomato ontop, and more of the grated cheese..( i put some foil underneath the dish so if any boils over it wont get onto the tray, easy to get off)..
bung in oven for an hour..Put timer on for half an hour, then the chips in, for another half an hour..
