I'm having a bit of a Chryed fest today, starting with DC week
omg, that week was so amazing, Domestic Chryed is the best!

Morning all. Hope everyone's enjoying the long weekend. Glad the London meet ups went well and congratulations on the new part.
I had a rather ace dream, Chryed related but as usual for me, no actual Chryed. What it was was me waking up on a Monday morning to the news that the Chryed wedding had attracted 16 million viewers, highest soap rating for aaaaages. There was a bbc statement saying EE were pleasantly surprised. They knew 'Chryed' (they put in the quotation marks) had a vocal and enthusiastic fan base (totes meaning us) but didn't realise they were so very popular (durr) and were very proud of how the week long (squeee) set of episodes had got great critical acclaim as well as being very popular and well received.
It was literally perfect. I wish it was real.

It's like Christian Eve all over again. Constant waiting game.I didn't know he had a scene with Derek.
That's my worst nightmare. Syod was bad enough but don't think I could deal with Chrostian. He's just so lovely! Don't want him tainted by that toad.

I had a dream last night that I went to Elstree with Mercs and elphie again and met Johnny and Marc... wish it would come true! Chryed would actually have to be on screen at some point for that to happen though, so it's unlikely :sleep:

It sounds like they're in a scene together from that spoiler we had about Christian and Derek realising that Roxy fancies Alfie. I'd imagine that they're both in the Vic watching Roxy interacting with Alfie or something?
Christian can handle Derek though, he'd treat him with indifference like how he treats Phil.

I was bored...got distracted from my work...and started to search 'Christian and Syed' in google anyway came across an OLD thread about confirmation of rumours of the gay muslim/ Chryed sl and thought I would read it.
Awww so many people seemed excited about the storyline, one peep at the end even said that Chryed are likely to become a 'gay supercouple' (SO TRue!). Also, it was funny reading comments from present day chryedians cough JackNasty (Pg. 2- You wanted Tamwar to be gay? ) and JoannaK (Pg. 9- preferred that they brought someone else for Syed to get involved with - Chryed Blasphemy!) cough. I'll excuse you though because this was waayyy before the s/l aired. Loads people make interesting points especially like how some tackled a few of the numpty posters 
but many were worried that Christian would be a plot device for Syed's storyline. I would argue with hindsight that this was not the case, I mean Amira was way more of a plot device till her last scene ths year. It has very much overall been a lovestory between Chryed and yep it did mostly centre on Syed because it was his character and family that really provided the drama but I also thought Christian view got put across very well e.g. the day of the business awards when he did not attend, James, the wedding etc. Also, 2011-2012 has been more about Christian then Syed in relation to baby drama and even Amira as the sl stop, started according to him.
