Mash and Corned Beef with Branston Pickle.
Mash, slices of corned beef, sweet pickled beetroot, and heinz salad cream. One of my top 3 favourite meals.

I used up some of our leftover sausagemeat today - we had spicy sausagemeat in a kind of casserole with tomatoes, rice, onion, spices etc.

We had our second Christmas day yesterday with our friends and everyone brought food along. So, tonight we will be having leftovers

Cheeses, pate and crackers
Christmas pie and chutneys
Bbq Pulled pork
Rice and potato salads
Savory goats cheese muffins

For pudding, banoffee pie and pear pecan pavlova

Looking to have a fry up in about an hour.


Getting some pizzas in for tomorrow early morning. Think we're just getting them from ASDA so might look out for that American Sizzler that i've seen mentioned on here.

Picky bits; hot baguettes, cheeses, potato skins, salad, crisps and nuts, and then chocolate pudding and sticky toffee pudding with custard for pudding
