We are having slow cooked bbq pork loin tonight. It's my birthday so we wanted something tasty and I got a slow cooker as an early pressie so wanted to try it out. Fingers crossed it will come out ok!

Gnocchi bake in a creamy Mediterranean sauce with chicken breast for my husband & quorn fillets for me, both with salad.
Forgot, I'm making a pea & mint soup too - we might have some to start or I'll freeze it - probably start with it knowing us.
