Homemade pizzas. Did the dough last night, tonight I make sauce and top with ham, fresh pineapple and garlic mushrooms. Maybe some herbs from the garden.

BYO = Bring Your Own (alcohol), I think
Brie & Mushroom risotto was lovely - very rich and filling, so you couldn't have too much of it. |

i have prepared a lovely big roast chicken,veggies and roast potatoes only to be told by my darling daughter that she wont be in.its seems a waste to cook it just for the 2 of us.

Just had a slow cooked brisket, bbq, salsa, smoked cheese & salad panini.
