Beetroot curry & spiced pilaf! Tough if hubby doesn't like it - he made me make pilaf last night & complained I made too much - I did, I can't judge rice! so the aubergine & yoghurt curry carries its pilaff over to tonight's meal.

Jacket potato, with sweetcorn to make up for the liquorice I had earlier, from my local sweetshop, and the bottle of Rioja I have cracked open.

500 calories in a bottle!

My husband text me this morning to ask if i fancied a BBQ for dinner. So, we will have tuna steaks with lime, salad and fresh bread for dinner.
